Explanation: Seven days before his crucifixion, Jesus entered Jerusalem in what is called the Triumphal Entry, being proclaimed as the Son of David, the King that comes in the name of the Lord, and the King of Israel by the multitude who had seen him raise Lazarus from the dead.

Matthew 21:2 Saying unto them, Go into the village over against you, and straightway you shall find an ass tied, and a colt with her [Mark 11:2 whereon never man sat]: loose them, and bring them unto me.
Mark 11:3 And if any man say unto you, Why do you this? say you that the Lord has need of him; and straightway he will send him hither.
Mark 11:4 And they went their way, and found the colt tied by the door without in a place where two ways met; and they loosed him.
Luke 19:33 And as they were loosing the colt, the owners thereof said unto them, Why loose you the colt?
Luke 19:34 And they said, The Lord has need of him. [Mark 11:6 And they let them go.]

Mark 11:10 Blessed be the kingdom of our father David, that comes in the name of the Lord: Hosanna in the highest.

Luke 19:43 For the days shall come upon you, that your enemies shall cast a trench about you, and compass you round, and keep you in on every side,
Luke 19:44 And shall lay you even with the ground, and your children within you; and they shall not leave in you one stone upon another; because you knew not the time of your visitation.
